Having been in the Labour Hire and Recruitment industry for the past 10 years, we have obtained all the necessary skills, resources and expertise to be able to assist you with payroll  outsourcing to the highest quality and standards. Our staff is highly trained and up to date with  the current changes in Legislation.

Recruitment (Permanent Placements)

We understand the importance of being able to place a candidate that adds value to your   company. Our well established systems and database allow us to source suitable candidates,  to select the best fit candidate and to place the employee with your company within a specified  time frame. We will verify certificates, do reference checks and perform criminal and credit  verifications before providing information on a candidate.

 

Staffing (Temporary)

We are geared to provide temporary labour for a period as determined by the customer.   Temporary labour provides the added advantage of allowing the customer to accurately   forecast the cost of temporary labour as the duration can be fixed for a specific period of time.  The customer therefore is able to eliminate those costs associated with having employees on  its payroll, whilst there is no need for their skills at that specific moment.

About us

Sutha Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is the culmination of a business partnership between Hettie Swart and Garold van Wyk. The founding members are continuing to be actively involved in the day to day operations of the company. Sutha Staffing Solutions was registered and started trading in June 2005. The company has since 2005 been able to build solid partnerships with the bigger role players in the mining industry such as Anglo Platinum and Lonmin Platinum. After evaluation and a proper screening process Sutha Staffing Solutions was elected as one of the previous Seven Fit-for-Future Service Providers for a five year contract to supply labour exclusively to Anglo Platinum (Contract No.: 998.00F). We believe that our complete service orientated culture has enabled us to achieve sound financial and customer growth in the past and which we will endeavour to continue growing in the future. We have a good relationship with most local Traditional Authorities and dealt with matters in a sensitive way which enabled us to maintain a strike free history.
