Requirements:
Professionally Registered Architect (SACAP)
Valid driver’s license
Qualification:
Must have a qualification in Architecture, minimum B.Tech: Architectural Technology
Experience:
5-10 years of working experience
Designing and drawing as per requirements and regulations.
Must have experience in measuring up and drawing concept plans.
Must have experience in developing plans for municipal submission and getting plans approved in accordance with building standards.
Must be able to co-ordinate information amongst other professional, compiling technical drawings, specifications and schedules as well as measuring on site and supervising construction.
Efficient in AutoCAD & Revit software.
