Conveyancing Secretary – Limpopo Province

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate
Minimum 3 years experience
Knowledge in Law programs (Lexis Nexis, Windeed) – compulsory
Knowledge of Bonds: Absa, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Computer literate
Good people communication skills
Self-efficient and honest
The ability to work towards deadlines and under extreme pressure
Be accurate and methodical

Drafting of transfer and bond documents
Attend to all matters relating to transfer and bond registrations
General typing of letters
Work independently
Good language use in all correspondence
