Customer Experience Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Tertiary Qualification (Post Matric Certificate/Diploma)
Driver’s license
Computer literate
3 Years customer service or hospitality experience
Highly empathetic and have a high customer centric acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to pay attention to detail
Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment
Ability to organize, prioritize workload, meet deadlines and handle detailed assignments
Ability to work under extreme pressure and with difficult customers
