Group Customer Manager – Vehicles


To develop, plan and implement effective Customer Experience strategies and processes across the Dealerships to contribute towards the achievement of the company’s sales objectives by the development and implementation of robust loyalty and prospect communication programmes. Identify and maximize opportunities within the Customer Journey. Plan and implement lead generation activities through other partnerships, eCRM/online lead generation and through dealer events for conquest opportunities. Manage the Dealership database.


Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Hospitality Qualification or Equivalent Tertiary Qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
Computer literate
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in written and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
Budget Management Skills
Valid driver’s license
Advance Excel Experience
