1. Any Bachelor’s Degree with advance HR Diploma.
2. More prefer Degree in HR or related field.
3. 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
4. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
5. Candidate must have experience in conducting disciplinary hearings.
6. Must have his/her own reliable transport.
