Minimum Qualifications:
HR Diploma or Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant position
Strong IR Skills
Local Languages essential
Strong Compliance with regularity concerns and reporting, Safety and Staff optimization
Must be able to handle Disciplinary hearings, CCMA representation and employee services and counselling.
