Job Description:
The overall purpose of the role is to assume leadership control of the operations.
The Operations Supervisor also serves as a member of the regional team of the company, which includes attending monthly operations meetings to report and to represent the company.
The Operations Supervisor is also responsible to assist the Operations Manager with all matters as it relates to any aspects of an operational nature as well as any significant operational decisions impacting the business.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Grade 12.
2. Managerial or Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
3. Own transport is essential – The role requires a reasonable amount of travelling.
