Purpose of the job:

Professionals who act as the liaison between customers and the technicians.

Requirements:

Answering customer questions.
Scheduling appointments and helping the customer.
Excellent customer service.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to communicate with customers and management.
Ability to work under extreme pressure.
Strong personality.
