Grade 12 or equivalent
Non EE/AA position
Good numerical and analytical skills
Good communications skill (Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English)
Ability to manage relationship with landlord, management and staff
Ability to deal with staff discipline and conflict
Customer orientated and strong leadership qualities
Team work orientated and a proactive individual
Hands on individual willing to accept accountability
Computer literate (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Shift work. Weekends and public holidays a requirement
